We are looking for a HR Business Partner Manager for Fulfillment capable to:
• Align business objectives with employees and management to shape the culture of the business
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with regional HR to develop solutions, programs and policies
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues
• Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Track manpower against business needs and plans recruitment
• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 5 - 8 years previous experience in HRBP function of multinational companies preferably from e-commerce, industry, manufacturing or retail sectors
• Strong ability in understanding business operations in an HR perspective
• Proven analytical thinking, project management skills & ability to adapt locally the global HR processes
• Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented
• Strong organizational skills & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Good communications skills with fluency in English
