Duties and responsibilities
• Ensuring all guests receive excellent service and are made to feel welcome.
• Creating staff rosters to ensure adequate and efficient staffing at all times.
• Assisting the Guest Experience and Sale Manager with duties and tasks as required and assumes the role of Guest Experience and Sale Manager in his or her absence.
• Motivating staff and maintaining a positive work environment, while continually promoting the VBH culture.
• Managing Travel n Reception staff on shift to ensure all tasks are performed to their best ability.
• Maintaining a good relationship with external suppliers, including the laundry company in order to maintain high standards of service.
• Maintaining high service standards for all guests by being quick to react to any issues and involving relevant team members to resolve issues effectively.
