PYCO Fresher Training Program 2019 is a distinctively different and future-focused Training Program that nurtures competent, professional graduates to build a strong tech culture and a future talented generation at PYCO Group. The program is designed to ensure that fresh graduates receive quality training and ample opportunities in their first entry to the IT and software industry.
● Training duration: 2 months (Monday to Friday)
● Estimated starting time: end of May, 2019
● Number of trainees: 10

● After the completion of a 2-month training and final assessment, the trainees will have the opportunities to:

2. Training and Coaching:

○ State-of-the-art technologies covering various development profiles, from Backend (with NodeJS) to Frontend (with ReactJS)

○ Real-world assignment to practice studied topics
● Get coached by experts about your career path

II. REQUIREMENTS:

● Commit to working at PYCO Group at least 12 months after the internship periods
● Good problem-solving, analytical and programming skills
● Must be independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to learn and achieve superior results
● Love writing structured, well-documented and maintainable code
