Fresher Accountant

 Enter alpha & numeric data from accounting records accurately and in a timely manner. Data entry may be done via through XERO, Quick books and (i.e. web application, Access database form, Excel spreadsheet, Word document).
 Track expenses/ revenue and process expense/revenue reports
 Reconcile accounts payable/ receivable transactions, produce monthly reports
 Assist with month end closing
 Other tasks as assigned by manager.
 Successful candidates will undergo training

- No experience required, all fresh graduations are welcome. Successful candidates will undergo training.
- Under 2 Years Experience
- Graduated from University/ College in Finance / Accounting or could possess one of the following:
1. LCCI equivalent
2. Students pursuing ACCA (or equivalent) on a part-time basis
3. Post secondary school graduates (e.g. polytechnic or equivalent) with accounting background
  Able to communicate in English (speaking & writing)
 Working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
 Basic PC knowledge, good in MS Office: Word, Excel...
 General mathematical, spelling and grammar skills as demonstrated by successful completion of pre-employment tests.
 Data entry speed of 60 WPM or higher with minimal errors.
 Honest, flexible, able to multi-task and shift priorities at a moment’s notice.
 Ability to work independently and team work
