Fresher Accountant

Our product PowerSell currently helps more than 17,000 retailers selling more than 250,000 orders per day across most popular e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, Sendo, Tokopedia, Blibli, JD in Vietnam, Philippines, and Indonesia. We are awarded as #1 Startup Viet by VNExpress in 2018.
With our rapid expansion to other SEA market, we are looking for energetic and talented member to join our high performing SnP team to build innovative applications that change the way people sell products online.
In this role you will (responsibilities)
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
• Payment function: Paying to vendors and employees
• Bank and cash tracking and reconciliation
• Invoicing to customer
• Prepare tax reports: VAT, WHT
• AP, GL function at month-end closing and preparing analyses of accounts
• Ad-hoc tasks

What we are looking for (requirements)
• A Degree in Accounting, Auditing and Finance.
• Sound knowledge of accounting and taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheet.
• Effective communication and strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Good in English is a plus
• Newly graduated and inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply
