Freight Forwarding Staff ( For Hanoi Office)

**Work location:
Hanoi office: 16 floor, Vinaconex 9 building, Pham Hung Street, Me Tri, Nam Tu liem, Hanoi

**Job Description
- Handling export/ import, air/ sea shipments
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide delivery information, Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Follow up with overseas offices to ensure that the proper documents have been received on time.
- Follow up with the airlines/shipping lines to ensure the arrival information are correct.

- Prefer to have experience in logistics field (Fresh graduates are acceptable)
- English – spoken and written
- Having knowledge of International sea and air forwarding
- Having Bachelor degree major in Import - Export, Logistics, business
- CV in English
- If having Project cargo experience is preferable
