Mô tả công việc
• Liaise with existed client, agent, supplier to ensure that all customers’ queries (inbound and outbound shipment) are well-investigated and handle as much as possible.
• Update market buying rate – selling rate from pricing team to secure and develop customer biz
• Prepare quotation to customer if any
• Create Estimate Job costing and be sure profit margin as company’s rule.
• Handle documents process for inbound/outbound shipment as company operation standard.
• Collect and check input cost and invoice from carrier/agent to move to billing PIC to settle payment on time.
• Solving arising issue with relevant side to make sure compliance of committed service levels to client
• Follow and support to remind customer settle payment on time and control debt.
• Weekly report to leader

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's Degree in Foreign trade, Business, Supply Chain is preferable
• Minimum 1 year’s experiences in customer services staff or relative function within the logistics, freight forwarding or shipping lines.
• Good command of English (4 skills);
• Ability of time management and problem solving
• Able to work independently or in group under high pressure
• Positive and critical thinking
• Good in MS office (Word, Excel)
