Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for manage all activities in in/out bound freight forwarding
- Producing shipping documents and other relevant documents, responsible for the entry of accounts payable, arrange invoice matters.
- In/out bound freight tracking and monitoring
- Contacting, maintaining and developing relationship with shipping line and client
- Ocean freight pricing and booking
- Providing the best solution against customer’s complaints
- Report to Director for any irregularity
- Produce and Report market status and company sales status to Director
- Experience about custom clearance and trucking arrangement will be a plus point
- Forwarding operator Managing and coaching

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate College or University
- At least 7 years working experience freight forwarding business, Prefer candidates have working experienced with Korean clients
- Ability to function as an effective team member and act as a leader to forwarding operators
- Strong customer service and result orientation
- Excellent communication skill in English and Vietnamese
- Strong Computer skills(MS Office Package)
- Responsible, proactive, attentive, strong sense of service and team spirit
- Good health, work under pressure condition
- Sincere and long-term development of the company
- Detailed CV in English with photo
