Freight Forwarding Manager (For Hanoi Office)

Monitor inbound and outbound shipment processing through the clearance process and ensures clearance is smooth and rapid
- Co-operate well with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies…) to provide good service to customer & also avoid any trouble.
- Effectively solve customers’ complaints (if any).
- Monitor and follow up with department staffs/ brokers
- Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
- Daily report to branch director

Have experience forwarding/operation team in logistics company at least 5 years
- Age: Under 40
- University or College Degree. Majoring in Sales & Marketing, Foreign Trade, Sea Transportation, Business Administration , Economics or English
- Good communication in English & Vietnamese
- Working Experience/ Professional requirement:
- Have good knowledge of shipping business, import and export
- Characteristics of dynamism, empathy, responsibility, persistence, optimism & sociability
- Good at computer skill: Email, Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word
