Freight Forwarder – Operation Staff

Responsible for shipment(Seafreight & Airfreight) scheduling, dispatching, planning, tracking, and tracing. Coordinate freight claims, provide rate quotes, rate analysis, monitor carrier quality standards, and provide customer service.

ㅇPosition : Operation Supervisor
ㅇWork Place : DuyTan in Ha Noi // District 1 in Ho Chi Minh
ㅇType of contract: Full-time

- Handle outbound/ inbound sea, air shipment, take care of customer service and documentation, input data in system and make payment for shipments, customs clearance procedure.
- Follow up process of transportation, handle the information and solve situation
- Issue the shipping document and provide it to Customer/ Overseas agent
- Setup timely delivery process in order to meet customers' requirement
- Making C/O -Certificate of Origin.
- Monitor the cargo status until it arrives at the final destination.
- Issue the debit note&credit note for Customer/ Overseas agent
- Establish good working relationships with Customs and other related government agencies
- Reporting immediately for any irregularities/ problem and follow-up problem solving
- Keep relationship with the key customer, shipping lines and other co-loaders.--- Look for quotation of inland and oversea freight to customers

- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields
- Over 2 years experience in Logistics and Forwarding field
- Good command of English
- Good at MS Offices
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently
- CV by English (obligation)

- Having sense of responsibility, leadership, teamwork spirit;
- Able to work independently, in group
- Hardworking, and can endure working pressure
