Mô tả công việc

Key responsibilities of an Import Documentation Executive are:

 Ensure timely and accurate updates of freight rates and free time for respective trade lanes in TMS for Geneva’s Pricing Liner approval.
 Corporate with other teams and agents to ensure freights in system matches with contracts, sales quotations and adheres to the company’s regulations.
 Handle rate request for Change of Destination (CODs).
 Work closely with Finance team, Sales team, Doc team for the accuracy of sea freight and other charge invoices and limit clerical errors or missing charges.
 Monitor customers’ and other MSC agents’ disputes/ requests regarding to freight rates.
 Issue Electronic Manifest Corrector if required by Freight Control Manager.
 Follow and clear daily correction MFTC report.
 Run reports and correct errors regarding to freight rates and other kinds reports (if requested).
 Send debit notes to customers for their payment.
 Perform other duties assigned by Freight Control Manager and Freight Senior Executive.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

 University degree holder of any disciplines.
 Preferably experience related to shipping, logistics.
 Good command in English both in written and verbal communication.
 Customer oriented.
 Details focused.
 Ability to work independently and teamwork spirit.
 Organization and management skills.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
 Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
