Mô tả công việc
- Support the director of daily work.
- Directly control the import and export team
- Communicate with foreign parties and take good care of customers who are using the company's services
- Contact shipping lines or airlines to find good prices, offer prices for customers and agents
- Track import shipments, arrange control, urge employees to track shipments
- Supervise and solve arising goods in the process of import and export
- Keep track of debts, credits, payables and receivables for customers.
- Weekly report, monthly report for branch manager
- Resolving customer complaints and complaints (if any)
- Consult with the Director of the Government / Customs update on import and export
- Solve all problems related to the team, the company
- Guide and train new staff
- Build company activities to create a harmonious atmosphere in the company
- Do other jobs as required by the branch manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from college, university or higher, preferably graduated from Maritime University, Foreign Trade, Economics
- At least 3 years of experience working in manager positions at freight forwarding companies (Forwarder), giving priority to candidates with experience working in Korean companies
- English writing and good communication (required)
- Proficiency in office computer
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and teamwork
- Withstand high work pressure
- Agile, careful in work, with the spirit of learning.
- Priority for candidates who have worked for Korean companies
