Forwarding/ Logistics Operation Staff Main Warehousing

- Monitor supporting operations in warehouses
- Communication with customer to get inbound plan then share to warehouse timely, make D/O for outbound and following all in/out plan
- Report inventory by daily report
- Create relationships with customers
- Responsible for solving problems in the process of outbound and inbound goods in warehouse
- Ensure the correct amount is delivered/ received quality with the right quantity between Delivery Note / PO/ …., Goods Received Note/ PO/
- Assignment, supervision and evaluation of work performance for employees at warehouse
- Periodically check inventory in accordance with regulations of the customers
- Working directly with related for damage record timely & Other tasks as required

1. For experienced position:
- Over 3 year experience in Logistics and Forwarding field
- Good command of English

2.Other requirements:
- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields
- Good at MS Offices
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Having sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit;
- Able to work independently, in group
