[Forwarding Company] Customer Service - Ocean Export

<Handle FCL/LCL cargo>
- Receiving shipping order/ booking request from customer
- Creating and update shipping schedule to customer
- Checking quotation and Booking processing and releasing to related parties following up
- Update Daily report for some SOP customers
- Solving problem relative to Ocean shipment such as claim, damage, delay, container condition…
- Respond any queries/ issues relative to ocean shipments to Agent/ customer
- Build up the relationships with customers to supply quality service to customer
< Pricing / Purchasing>
- Checking the Ocean rate inquiries from sales team.
- Checking and negotiating the Ocean rate with shipping lines
- Update buying rate and market rate to sales monthly
- Build up a good relationship with carriers for better support and rate.

HBL/MBL issuance
File AFR for Japan cargo; File AMS/ ISF for US/CA shipments
- Sending pre-alert and shipping docs to destination
Cost/ sales input into system
Checking and follow up carrier telex release/ surrender MBL , requesting free time extension to carriers
Checking and following up free house invoice
- Tracing and follow up the cargo .
- Report to Ast Mrg and Ocean Manager

• Education back ground: University graduation. Prefer Foreign Trade University / University of Economics, Customs College or International
• Being able to communicate in English .
• Good skill of Microsoft office software
• Min 2-year experienced in forwarding company in air export.
• Being able to work under high pressure
• Having good capacity of persuasion
• Excellent communication skills
• A confident and determined approach
• Resilience - and the ability to cope with rejection
• Self-motivation and drive
