Mô tả công việc
- Receiving booking order from customer. Checking schedule, space, rate with sale team and processing booking with carrier
-Preparing related documents for export shpts, getting information from airline, customers to provide handling team. 2person having DG cert for checking DG shpts if any. Sending pre-alert to agent. Tracing & tracking the status of shpts and keep all related parties posted.
-Input data (cost, revenue, details of shpt,…) into system. Issuing AWB & create invoice. Support accountants in sending debit note to customers and follow up (if any)
- Supporting operation teams in sending customs clearance sheet to customers, getting information from customers to provide OP. Checking costs & charges to confirm shpts timely and confirm payment
-Respond any queries/ issue relate to air shipments. Save filing documents and do all jobs relevant to Air Department.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Education back ground: University graduation. Prefer Foreign Trade University / University of Economics, Customs College or International
• Being able to communicate in English .
• Good skill of Microsoft office software
• Min 2-year experienced in forwarding company in air export.
• Being able to work under high pressure
• Having good capacity of persuasion
• Excellent communication skills
• A confident and determined approach
• Resilience - and the ability to cope with rejection
• Self-motivation and drive
• Being able to communicate in English .
• Good skill of Microsoft office software
