Forex Traing Manager

* General
- Regularly provide training to sales staffs
- Create training plan/ courses.
- Training of staff on products, system and sales techniques;
- Coach and give ongoing training to maximise development and performance of team members;
- Run effective weekly classes and forums to engage, motivate and train team members.

* Provide training for sales staffs on:
- Use technical and fundamental analysis.
- Prepare a trading plan.
- Use trading tools such as charts, outlooks, news and financial calendars.
- Identify specific buying and selling points for major currencies.
- The worlds major currencies.
- Making a profit in both rising and falling markets.
- When to buy and when to sell.
- The tools needed to trade in Forex.
- Real-time exchange rates.
- Fixed rates and stop loss limits
- How price is displayed on charts.

* Provide training for sales staffs on how to:
Search for potential FX investors by using different means of advertisement and marketing.

- 2-5 years of experience in Forex trading with proven track record
- Excellent knowledge of FX markets and products
- Very strong verbal and written communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, willingness to drive client relationships independently
- Good English skill
