Mô tả công việc
- Receiving outgoing remittance applications by GCMS+, 2D-Bar code, originals applications,
- Scan 2D-Bar code applications
- Communicate with customers for confirmation of purpose of payment and collect necessary supporting documents.
- Checking supporting documents to ensure compliance with FEFTA and local regulations.
- Handle and response to customer’s request and other Dept. requests sent to FRD by emails.
- Handle customer’s request by fax, and make fax pending report and settlement.
- Handle courier mailing for customer advices and invoices.
- Post accounting entries and input data into OVS
- Handle ad-hoc reports, regulatory reports

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience in International banking Operation preferred (Foreign Inward remittance / Foreign Outward remittance)
- Good Command of English and Vietnamese both written and spoken
- Able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime
- Good interpersonal skills, Strong cooperative and collaborative
- SWIFT Messages literacy.
- Good computer literacy ( Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good Command of English and Vietnamese both written and spoken
- Able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime
