Primary Purpose:
To be responsible for all stages of the product commercialization on site. To commercialize the product to Coach Quality standard, design aesthetics , construction and meet cost margin requirements. To partner with Service Providers (SP) and On ite (OSE) in Industrial to drive production efficiencies. To provide feedback to Product of coach international (CIL) on commercialization and production matters. To manage working cost and final cost. To manage and lead onsite Product team and Quality team and to oversee the whole commercialization process at and driving performance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
The accomplished individual will possess
• Min. of 7 years of working experience in product development in fashion and casual shoes. High- end brand experience is preferred.
• Min. of 2 years of supervisory skills
• Manufacturing and costing experience in leather goods is a plus.
• Good computer Skills
• Strong communication skills in written and oral English.
