Mô tả công việc
1) Communication with:
- Internal: developers, merchandisers, documentation, reports ; Logistics
- External: material suppliers, , out-sourcing suppliers
2) Main target: Work collaboratively within a team of footwear experts and strongly contribute to the delivery of the project
3) Daily tasks
- Get the brief from the developers on the new projects and have a full understanding of it, be able to offer or propose alternatives if needed
- Source / find the correct materials by checking with any suppliers
- Negotiate the best unit price, lead time, payment terms
- Follow-up closely the different on-going productions to ensure that the deadlines are met
- Cooperate with the logistics team to arrange the shipments with the suppliers and the factories on time
- Work with the QC team to ensure that the level of quality is maintained as per agreed on every production batch, proceed with claims when needed
- Support head of department and team
4) Mid-term to Long-term objectives:
- As part of the procurement process, identify and evaluate potential suppliers, increase the supplier database

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have at least 3 years years experience in the footwear industry as a Sourcing Specialist/Assistant
- Good communication in English
- Can communicate in Chinese is advantage
- Have good knowledge about materials and footwear
- Have a strong network of suppliers
- Hard worker, proactive, problem solver, taking initiatives
- Working in district 2, Ho Chi Minh city
- Good communication in English
