Mô tả công việc
1. Desigin experiment for Whipped Topping Projects.
2. Work with Sales and Marketing to understand product defination and attributes of new products properly. Then transalting it into RnD language
3. Make report for new projects by summarize and analyze lab trial/plant trial data.
4. Maintains accurate, up-to-date records into ELN.
5. Build process parameters for new products.
6. Manage plant trial for new products/ cost saving projects.
7. Transit process to QA and Opeartion for commercial run.
8. Manage the work environment is sanitary, safe and orderly.
9. Investigate/ do trouble shooting for product quality issues.
10. Provide information relating to products when requested. (Nutritional data, product handling, ingregdients...)
11. Represent supervisor to communicate with other departments informaiton relating to Whipped Topping Products once absence.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor degree or above.
* 2 - 4 years working experiences.
* Good at reading, writing English skill. Able to communicate with regional and WHQ associates with the presence of supervisor.
* Major in Food science and engineering
* Foreign Food Company working experiences preferred
* Strong P/C internet skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to create intermediate spreadsheets and information databases. Proficient with relevant software tools (e.g. ELN, Access etc.)
* 2 - 4 years working experiences.
* Good at reading, writing English skill. Able to communicate with regional and WHQ associates with the presence of supervisor.
* Major in Food science and engineering
* Foreign Food Company working experiences preferred
