Our Vietnam subsidiary is now seeking for a highly motivated and driven Food Technologist to join our Research & Innovation Team to provide support to the technical needs of our Sales Team to make sure that we are providing the best technical support to both internal and external customers. This role is based in our Ho Chi Minh City facility.

* YOUR ROLE
You will be…

• Developing product concepts using our flavours
• Modify formulations of product concepts as per customer’s request and requirement
• Sourcing new raw materials that you will need in product development
• Ensuring that the information related to the projects is entered in our internal system
• Conducting basic sensory testing of flavours for recommendation to customers
• Working collaboratively with sales and internal technical team
• Will conduct presentations to customers as required
• Use problem solving skills to resolve technical issues within the laboratory & manufacturing environment
• Location:HCM-based position

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

To be a perfect fit for this role you will have:
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or other related qualifications
• At least 2 years working experience in Food and Beverage industry, Flavour Houses or Ingredient companies developing prototype recipes for beverage, bakery, confectionery and dairy products
• Experience in applying flavours to different products, experience in beverage is preferable
• Ability to handle multiple projects and have presentation skills
• Have network with food ingredient suppliers
• Can speak English confidently
• Positive attitude towards work and colleagues
• Willingness to learn and be flexible
• Passionate about food
