Mô tả công việc
• Management system for Food court
• Establish processes, regulations and professional instructions applicable to Food Court
• Develop standards for checking food and drink quality, serving procedures, food safety and hygiene, etc. for food court counters.
• Organize & manage the implementation and improvement of the issued processes.
• Operating business activities
• Develop annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly work plans for Food Court.
• Deploy, inspect the daily, weekly, quarterly and monthly business of the counters in Food Court.
• Organize regular or irregular meetings to report, monitor and deploy Food Court's business activities.
• Directly manage food stalls, supervising kiosks, location rental stalls (partners, partnerships).
• Overall management of food court (personnel, sanitation, security, cashier and technical support for kiosks in case of emergency).
• Support ground handing for kiosks and stalls; assist kiosks, stalls during the construction or repair process.
• Monitor the use of the university’s properties, machines in the Food Court; organize the repair and maintenance of these machines and equipments.
• Resolve arising incidents within his/her authority.
• Prepare reports to the immediate manager /Board of Management as required.
• Marketing activities and customer care
• Record the number of customers from time to time to support the creation of appropriate marketing programs
• Organize promotional events or activities, programs of maintaning and improving sales, image quality and brand of the kiosks and stalls of the Food Court.
• Organize a customer evaluation system (about needs, tastes, complaints, etc) according to the University's regulations.
• Follow up customers on indirect media channels and social networks such as facebook, website, or directly meet and consult customers about the service.
• Human resources management & administration
• Build a reasonable personnel structure to ensure the assigned requirements.
• Participate in interviews, staff selection, initial training, professional guidance and daily / weekly work scheduling for employees.
• Evaluate / promote personnels, make training plans, fostering and supporting new employees and employees. Assess employees and perform commendation and disciplines for employees.
• Supervise the staff of stalls, kiosks to comply with the rules of the building/ the university.
• Direct, arrange, and check daily / weekly schedules of security guards and cleaning staff.
• Direct the security in the entire Food Court area
• Direct the stalls, kiosks to coordinate in fire prevention.
• Implement and maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
• Perform internal and external affairs as authorized by Board of Management
• Perform other tasks as required by the office managers and the university’s leaders

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Qualification: College graduate or higher. Candidates with bachelor degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management are preferred.
• Experience: At least 01 year of experience in the management of restaurants, hotels, and service industry. Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the food court area in shopping malls and at schools
• Foreign languages: Good communication in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Personality: hard-working, self-discipline, agility, good observation, initiative at work
• Good-looking appearance, good health.
