Position Title: Food & Beverage Service Talent Quince Eatery & Madam Kew Bar
Reports To: Restaurant & Bar Manager
Position Summary
To deliver great service to our guests, always with a positive and friendly mind and good knowledge of the products.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• General duties
o Establish and maintain a high level of service for customers and increase satisfaction overtime
o Provide accurate recommendations and additional information upon request
o Contribute in optimizing revenue through upselling
• Customer relations
o Provide a warm and personalized welcome and service to customers
o Be attentive throughout service time and collect customer feedback and make sure to communicate it to the team
• Performances
o Mise en place before and after services
o Keep work and service stations clean before and after service
• Keep well informed about our menu offerings as well as any other service disruptions
• Be adaptable to our organization and working culture
• Be responsible in maintaining restaurant inventories
• Hygienic Procedures
o Maintain clean and tidy workplaces as well as respect the HACCP procedures
o Be careful about the instructions of certain machines and its disposition
o Be eco friendly, attentive in using electricity, water, etc.
• Assist for special projects if needed

REQUIREMENTS
• 6 months to 1 year in the same position
• Good communication skill
• Well groomed at all times.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Languages: English and Vietnamese (working fluency)
