Floor Manager

• Efficient & high quality implementation of sales and customer service
• Being responsible for everyday operation
• Recording sales figures and analyzing data for forward planning
• Checking the levels of stocks and inventories to make important decisions accordingly (by ordering, running promotions, etc…)
• Involving in marketing, special promotion, program and product testing
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Identifying and resolving any issues regarding the business
• Maintaining good relationship with customers, handling customers complain well and aiming for long-term and prolonged relationship
• Assisting customers with any queries or requests, being able to consult and sell when the store is busy
• Being responsible for the overall performance of the team with a focus on driving growth
• Supporting the overall operation and the activities of spa
• Constructing roster and making sure number of staff on floor always sufficient
• Conducting appraisals and reviewing the performance of staff
• Conducting training, recruiting and retaining talent
• Other duties assigned by Director

• Female
• Being able to work full time, at least 5-6 days a week
• Having Diploma/ Bachelor/ Beauty Specialist Certificate
• Having great communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese)
• Being knowledgeable about beauty, cosmetics and skin care
• Having spa/sales management background at least 1 years
• Excellent communication, team leader and organizing skills
• Having standard computing literacy – MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
