- Ensure all operations activities in store go smoothly
- Ensure to provide the best services to all customers
- Ensure to reach target of sales and profit of department
- Optimize people productivity by manpower planning and implementation
- Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow company rules and regulations
- Other duties assigned by board of directors

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications & Experience:
• University graduate
• Minimum two-year experience in the same position
Knowledge & Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Sound knowledge of retail background
• Be able to work at shift
• Strong initiative and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs & strategies
