Job Summary
The primary function of the Utilities Development Manager is to assist in all aspects of the administrative, financial, capital and operations of the asset portfolio. To manage the support function of Utilities, Independent contractor owned, Subcontractor owned vehicles and other operational equipment and devices at ventures for Pick Up, Delivery and Returns and Shuttles departments. Reports directly to Senior Manager Fleet.
Responsibilities
1. Lead to develop and innovate utilities portfolios, R&D included.
2. Create, organize, standardize and maintain utilities portfolios
3. Propose goals and objectives for each utility.
4. Assist in the due diligence and underwriting of potential acquisitions.
5. Assist in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets.
6. Work with purchasing to maintain and develop the utilities vendors to meet the business requirement effectively and timely.
7. Improve and maintain the physical utilities and utilities management processes.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
1. Demonstrated people management and utilities experience in a fleet environment with direct reports responsibility would be an added advantage.
2. Intermediate English proficiency expected.
3. Good written and oral communication in Venture’s own language.
4. Strong proven skills as data analysis; digital and information literacy, collaboration; creation, innovation, critical thinking, productivity and operational management
5. Attention to details in Utilities Administration and People Management.
6. Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment.
7. Commitment and ability to adjust and work on non-standard hours for long-term (shift and nights) & local travel.
8. At least 3 years of Supervisory experience in Operations, preferably in fleet management or similar capacity.
9. User Intermediate Proficiency level in MS Office software such as Excel, Word, Power Point…
