Role Summary
To achieve budgeted unit sales through the development of both International and nominated National Accounts.
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities
• Achieve budgeted unit order intake per month to ensure sales Targets are met.
• Effectively manage a defined list of International and National accounts including identifying new sales opportunities.
• Develop relationships at all levels of the account to ensure that Crowns market share is retained.
• Attend Sales and product training as directed.
• Undertake self learning to acquire and maintain a satisfactory level of product knowledge.
• All customer enquiries to be followed up within 48 hours of enquiry receipt and the outcome of the follow-up to be logged in AS400.
• Lost order reports to be logged.
• Ensure that all prospective customers receive prompt professional service.
• Provide assistance and support to fellow colleagues with enquiries and demonstrations.
