- Lead to develop and innovate asset profolios, R & D included.
- Create, organize, standarlize and maintain asset portfolios.
- Propose goals and objectives for each asset
- Assist in the due diligence and underwriting of potential acquisitions
- Assist in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets
- Work with purchasing to maintain and develop the asset vendors to meet the business requirment effectively and timely.
- Improve and maintain the physical assets and assets management processes.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Demonstrated people management & assets experience in an Fleet environment with direct
reports responsibility would be an added advantage.
- Intermediate English proficiency expected.4. Good written & oral communication in Venture’s own language
- Proven analytical skills and operational management skills
- Attention to detail in Assets Administration and People Management
- Proven ability in leading a team in a result oriented environment
- Commitment and ability to adjust and work on non-standard hours for long term (shifts and nights) & Local travel.
- At least 3 years of Supervisory experience in Operations, preferably in fleet management or similar capacity.
- User Intermediate Proficiency level in MS Office Software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint will be an advantage.
