- All capital expenditure (CAPEX) Requisition Form
- Creation and maintenance of fixed asset register/card / Registration of approved fixed assets (labelling and import picture)
- Monthly depreciation run conducted on a straight-line basis to write off the cost of each asset and Annual or Bi-yearly fixed assets stock-take
- Accruals and prepayments / payroll accounting / bank reconcile / Balance sheet schedules

- University Graduated in accounting, Finance ...
- Working in Hai Phong
- 3-5 years experiences
- Profound knowledge in IFRS, local GAAP and fixed asset management
- Leadership experience
