We are looking for Fitness Manager and Assistant Fitness Manager to join California Fitness & Yoga. This position plays a critical role in the company to meet sales revenue targets and to achieve 5 stars service standards. FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE:
Managing club KPI, solving PT customer service issue, increasing year on year revenue, developing new assistant fitness manager and fitness supervisor, recruiting good personal trainer.

1. Production:
- Ensure the PT team has 100% compliance of etiquette, rules, and policies as set by the company.
- Assign all new PT contract or existing PT contract to trainers.
- Assign all production appt to proper trainers.
- Spend time on the floor observing trainers with clients.
- Conduct daily production meetings to ensure all PT staff properly carry out daily tasks.
- Meet monthly personal sales and personal session serviced targets as set by Company.
- Meet monthly club sales and club session serviced targets as set by Company.
- Meet daily personal production appointments and daily club production appointment targets set by the company.
- Recruit new good Personal Trainer to the team.
- Solve PT customer service issues.
- Attend daily conference call with senior management.
- Conduct PT sales training and soft skill training.
- Develop minimum 3-4 Fitness Supervisors and 70% of all PT become senior PT, 1 Assistant Fitness Manager, and 1 future Fitness Manager.
- Well, manage PT individual KPI by PT CRM.
- T.O and stay at the POS area during peak hours.
- Solve any team conflict.
- Build a good relationship with all members and club staff.
- Increase year on year club revenue.
- Do weekly club performance reviews.

2. Team development:
- Ensure 100% participate in all training set by the company.
- Provide and share a good experience with all team players.
- Assist and guiding all team players.

- 1-3 years of management experience.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Kick-fit and dynamic stretching level 1.
- Nutrition and workout program design.
- An understanding of testing and evaluation concepts, exercise mechanics and proper body alignment.
- Demonstration of organization, communication, and service-oriented skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Open for both Vietnamese and expat candidates.
