Mô tả công việc

 Managing day-to-day operational duties.
 Develop and deliver progress reports, and have the ability to troubleshoot problem areas.
 Managing sub-contractors and direct trades.
 The ability to make management decisions, pertaining to your specific project issues, with minimum supervision.
 Short term programming and planning of construction.
 Oversee daily site administration.
 Client liaison, as required.
 Assisting the project manager in the smooth running of the project.
 Attending site and project meetings, as required.
 To fully support, facilitate at all levels and comply with the legal Health & Safety requirements. Assist in the training and development of site management and site operatives.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

 Current, appropriate CSCS card, relative to the position.
 Appropriate SMSTS/SSSTS qualifications.
 Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management, including direct contact with our clients.
 Ability to work to programmes and deadlines, and be flexible to adapt to change.
 Ability to read and understand drawings.
 Must be computer literate in most Microsoft programmes, including Excel, Word, Outlook.

Salary Range : 25-30 Million/month
