• Define the organization for Final Winding
• Set up the WI for Final Winding operations
• Final Winding production process monitoring
• Nonconformity material control and separate and decision of solution.
• Other improvement projects in Final Winding operation
• Running the shift efficiently & effectively within specified men & machinery’s
• Ensuring targeted KPI
• Maintaining the correct quality of the product
• Effective cooperator and communication with other related departments
• Ensuring and implement proper health & safety guide line of the organization.
• Ensuring proper housekeeping standard
• Set up the WI for Final Winding operations
• Final Winding production process monitoring
• Nonconformity material control and separate and decision of solution.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated Technical Engineer
• 3 Years experience in the relevant field
• Effective communication & report writing skills in English.
• Leadership and people management skill to motivate people towards desired out come;
• Ability to promote teamwork with good understanding of behaviour and motivation at work;
• Technical knowledge to understand machine operation and maintenance;
• Strong interpersonal communication skill;
• Sound knowledge on Safety, health & environment
• 3 Years experience in the relevant field
• Effective communication & report writing skills in English.
• Leadership and people management skill to motivate people towards desired out come;
