Role Summary:
Build up a strategy for a sustainable succession plan for Finished Goods Operations
Manage warehouse operations to fulfill the service level agreement (SLA) with customer
Initiate and implement improvement projects related to productivity and capacity
Control cost of OT/ Compensation/ Operations within the targeted budget
Specific Accountabilities:
Build up and implement a sustainable development plan for the team to meet the
professional skill requirements
Build up and manage Standard Operations Procedure for Finished Goods Operations
Manage warehouse operations including procedure and human resources to meet
SLA
Ensure all Safety and Security on-site requirements are complied
Provide data and support Industrial Engineer (IE) for productivity & capacity
Communicate and settle with customer on operational issues and initiatives
Ensure operations team to comply with labor codes and requirements of government,
company and customers
Control the compensation cost for the inventory loss / damage
Fulfill reporting requirements as required by management and customers
Initiate and take lead projects to maximize the resource on-hand, manage costs and
provide better value-added services to customers

Kiểm soát chi phí bồi thường cho các trường hợp hàng mất hoặc hư hỏng
Hoàn thành các yêu cầu về báo cáo cho cấp lãnh đạo và khách hang
Lãnh đạo và đề xuất các dự án để tối ưu hóa nguộn nhân lực, quản lý chi phí và cung
cấp các dịch vụ giá trị gia tăng tốt hơn cho khách hàng
