Finish Product Assistant (Trợ Lý Kho Thành Phẩm)

• To perform proper packing activities control assigned as ISO procedures and instructions.
• To follow up the amount of the goods in and out at warehouse.
• Go through all the requirements of stock control and preserving to ensure the raw materials and finished products are in good stock conditions.
• Follow the production plan and delivery plan to transfer specified raw materials for production and to prepare specified finished products for delivery.
• To deliver raw materials and finished products according to FIFO principal.
• To file properly all production documents and keep the confidentiality of know-how related documents such as production procedures and work instructions.
• To be in charge of Warehouse manager in the case of his absence to update information and data, make the delivery note and solve all the problems relating to warehouse.
• To report on stock issues to the Warehouse Manager or to authorised employee upon request

- Graduate College/ University in relevant majors
- Have 2-3 years of working experience
- Basic knowledge about Food safety & Hygiene
- Good in computer skills
- Carefulness & concentration skills.
