Mô tả công việc
• Oversee accounts and investment; identify gaps and opportunities to support the senior management in decision taking.
• Analyze, monitor and identify unfavorable cost trends
• Conduct detailed analysis’ of results on request for particular cases
• Generate periodic reports and management reports about Revenue/Expenses of the Company
• Ensure efficiency of report preparation and actively improve reporting processes in terms of time required and quality of data
• Maintain and actively support the improvement of the Controlling system
• Maintain and update CO related SAP master data (e.g. material, cost center, internal orders), ensuring system control, accuracy, in line with group management guidelines
• Forecast, coordinate and consolidate all planning/forecast to foresee Company outlook’s performance (LE process)
• Support entire month closing process

Education Required
• Financial/Accounting/University Degree
• Prefer Hanoi National economic University, Ha Noi Bank Institute, Foreign Trade University.
• Prefer ACCA, CFA
Experience/Knowledge Required
• At least 03 years working experience in (Management) Accounting/ Controlling/ Finance environment
Special Skills/Abilities Required
• Strong analytical skills.
• Master Excel skills (in using functions, charts. VBA preferable)
• SAP experience desirable (in particular for modules: CO)
• Working & communication in both Vietnamese and English
• Able to deliver expected results of the given assignments on time
• Able to maintain and continuously improve the accuracy and reliability of information released to internal and external parties
• Able to initiate or facilitate in continuous improvement to achieve high quality information and reporting system
Working Condition
• Working hours from 7h50 to 16h50, from Monday to Friday.
• Working time: 44 h per week and willingness for overtime.
• Base office: Thanh Oai, Hanoi
Other Requirement
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Can perform well under time pressure
• Financial/Accounting/University Degree
