Financial Product Supervisor Duties

1.Coordination and communication of Debit Card Business between Debit Card issuers and clients.
2.Data input of Debit Card Project’s information
3.Coordination with clients in social networking (Whatsapp, Line, Skype, WeChat, Etc.)
4.Provide customer services, including incoming calls, handle customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
5.Support ad hoc projects and assignments as and when required.
6.Business trip is required

1.Degree holder or above
2.6-8 years’ relevant working experience with at least 1 year in supervisory level
3.Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
4.Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin (Japanese is an advantage)
5.Able to handle multi-tasks with excellent organizational skills and task prioritization
6.Self-motivated, detail oriented and with good interpersonal skills
7.Immediate available is preferred, urgent.
