Financial Planning and Analysis Officer

- Responsible for business planning, financial analysis, the budgeting & forecasting process
- Provide monthly results on P/L, BS
- Update changes to the forecast and budget relevant to planning tool
- Carry out ad-hoc reporting on business to identify key trends in performance, growth, cost
- Produce KPI reporting and analysis
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommending actions for optimization
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
- Identify and execute improvements to the planning and reporting processes
- Other duties assigned by Department Head

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Fluent in English
- 3-5 years working experience in financial area of foreign banks or working as business analyst in banking products area
- Showing knowledge of standard accounting procedures, quantitative and analytical competency
- Excellence interpersonal skill, issue identification & problem solving
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions and good PowerPoint skills to support analysis
- Able to work independently and demonstrate strong attention to details
- Being able to work in details with time consuming or minor tasks;
- Good understanding of finance and banking products is preferred
- CFA, CPA is a plus
