• Lead the financial budgeting and planning cycles and processes for the company
• Determine and monitor operational Profit and Loss
• Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Take lead in cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts, explaining processes and techniques, recommending actions
• Partnering with Category Leads, Country Brand Managers and other team members in Commercial Organization to Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, recommending actions to management
• Recommend to managements initiatives by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, studying proposed changes in methods and materials
• Increase productivity by developing financial process and effectiveness
• Optimize capital, resources allocation management
• Prepare short, medium and long-term financial forecast and budgets
• Present financial information to assist management board and stakeholders in making business decisions
• Ad hocs projects based on assignment

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor’s Degree in finance/accounting or relevant field; MBA and/or CPA is a plus
• 5+ years - experience in finance/accounting areas.
• Strong financial analysis
• Strong influencing skill and business partnering to drive for financial results
• An advantage if having experience in ERP
• An advantage if having experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
• An advantage if having accounting experience of USGAPP and Local GAPP.
