- Coordinate with Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor at Plants for preparing and consolidating weekly Flash report package (Performance and Financial Forecast) (both quarterly and full-year analysis)
- Analyze weekly Flash reports from Plants
- Consolidate and produce monthly financial review reporting deck for regional financial review
- Consolidating OPC budgets (Operating Plans and Commitments) for regional and Corporate reviews; supporting Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in analyzing and reviewing Plant OPC variances and performance trend analysis
- Compile data and regularly update and maintain key financial and operational information for all Plants in the region (e.g. headcount, production volume, FOB value, investment, tax paid, cost / SAH, efficiency, etc.)
- Review Financial Approval Authorization requests (“FAA”) prepared by plants, as assigned by Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
- Support Regional Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in formulating and generating scenario analysis (including sensitivity analysis), as required, in order to assist regional leadership in making decisions on future network changes and opportunities for production growth of the region
- Support Regional Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in regularly monitoring key financial metrics comparison between plants in the Region versus Pants in other regions, to analyze changes of regional competitive advantages
- Actively participate on continuous improvement teams in accounting and reporting processes
- Support Regional Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in continuously reviewing, revising and improving financial planning & analysis templates used for both Flash reporting and other Financial Planning & Analysis purposes, in order to increase process efficiency and presentation effectiveness

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CIMA, CGMA, MBA, ACCA, CMA or CPA is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting and/or finance and at least 1 year in financial reporting or financial analysis. Apparel industry /background preferred
- System knowledge preference: Lawson, Hyperion, Essbase, SmartView, ACI, TTS, Apparel Net...
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products. Competency in advanced excel functions, Power query, Power pivot & power BI,… and experience in automated and dynamic excel spreadsheet is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
- Good English communication and collaboration skills
