Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

This individual will provide financial consulting and strategic supports including providing monthly management reporting, financial analysis, budget projections, financial modeling and other projects requested by the management. This role requires the ability to work under strict deadlines and varying hours while coordinating cross functionally and communicating effectively to all levels of the organization.
The FP&A Analyst will be a key member of FP&A team, which is responsible to partner with all types of stakeholders (both Finance and non-Finance), and look mostly after two sets of missions:

1. Monthly close and reporting
• Preparing monthly management reporting, reconciling transactions and providing explanation for unusual variances

2. Financial planning and analysis
• Analyzing complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations
• Supporting FP&A Manager to manage the company Capex budget
• Supporting the FP&A Manager/Associate Director in the budget preparation works. Working out the business plan and forecasts of the company
• Supporting to improve processes and financial ad-hoc as needed

• University degrees in Audit/ Accounting/ Finance
• 1-3 years of working experience.
• Good knowledge and experience in Financial Models & Analysis.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication and negotiation.
• Proactive, fast-learner
• Patient and can work under pressure
