Mô tả công việc
1. As Head of Finance & Accounting Department
• Manage the financial matters of the Company such as: Budgeting, Financing, Cash flows and Financial analysis;
• Along with BOD to build up a busines model for the Company when needed (in term of Financial aspect)
• Alert BOD financial and business risks (if any) during the operation and consult BOD solutions if possible
• Manage FInance & Accounting department as a whole
• Report directly to CEO of the Company and Openasia Group - Finance timely
2. Cum Chief Accountant
• Manage accounting team to ensure the accuracy, completness and timing of accounting record and reports.
• Liaise and work with the competent organizations and authorities (Tax offices, auditors, consultancy companies, local Government authorities, banks etc.)
• Undertake other assignments as delegated by the BOD

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Good understanding overal financial view of the Company
- Well experienced in Vietnamese Accounting & tax regulations
- Good at presentation & communication skill
- Languge: Good at English (speaking & writing skills)
- Leadership skill
OTHER KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
*PREFERENCE
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Audit or any related specilisation
- 3 - 5 years of experience in similar role in foreign companies, experience of working at multi-international Corporation is preferable
- Chief Accountant Certificate
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
