Financial Lines Underwriter

Duty and standards – measurable in terms of time, cost, quality or quantity
• Business processes 50%
1. Prepares write up, quotation and issues policy documents as per Underwriter/PCM’s authorization.
2. Confirms and cross-checks with Underwriter and PCM regarding all terms and conditions before releasing policy documents
3. Keeps tracking of new business submissions and renewals
4. Reviews pending files, ensuring all items are being handled in a timely manner
5. Involved in product development review and creation, including underwriting aspects of marketing campaigns
6. Involved in Financial Lines strategy development
• Customer relationship management 20%
1. Ensure the maintenance/development of solid working relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
2. Provide communication and direction for all processing requirements, including policy issuance and endorsements, premium registration and collections issues.
• Financial 20%
1. Participate in management referral and reports for local office and Regional head office
2. Completing report according to the Head of Department
• Others 10%
Other task in a project assigned by PCM.

• Education (Minimum required): BA Degree/ Business degree.
• Financial skills (Financial Analysis, able to read Financial Statement).
