Mô tả công việc
This position is based in HCMC (Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh District) and will cover local responsibilities (Vietnamese company + Rep Office) as well as other regional accounting / controlling / financial tasks of South-East Asia offices (managed remotely from our HCMC office).
- Acting as chief accountant for the local Vietnamese company (Tax returns, Financial Reports …)
- Account Payable Controls (invoice controls, authorization controls….).
- Cash Management & Payables Management: Manage payment priorities, Process payments… Ensuring all payments are verified and approved.
- Input cash transactions in the company’s Cash Management system, Input accounting entries for the holdings.
- Prepare Bank transfers (Vietnam and other countries)
- Credit Control & Account receivables management (overseas clients)
- Prepare Management Reports.
- Prepare payroll, calculate PIT, Insurances.
- Reconcile monthly payables/receivables with suppliers/contractors/staff.
- Reconcile cash & bank Statements
- Manage a proper filling system, make sure all supporting documents, invoices, contracts are kept and up-to-date.
- Other tasks as assigned by Finance Director, COO, CEO.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 8 - 10 years of cumulative experience as Chief Accountant, Financial Controller, Auditor.
- Must posses a Chief Accountant Certificate, and a bachelor degree in accounting / finance / economics.
- An experience in Audit (Big 4) would be highly appreciated.
- Ability to work and control several companies (accounting, payments…).
- Fluent in English (communicate daily with foreigners, in Vietnam and outside Vietnam).
- Strong Ability to work under pressure, in a challenging working environment.
Working Time:
• From Monday to Friday - working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM (Office)
• Saturday Mornings: From 9 AM to 12 (from home, depending on needs).
Work Location:
• Head office location at Long Ma Building, 602 Cong Hoa, Ward 15, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh
Urgent recruitment: Can start as soon as possible, in April.
Salary: 1500 to 1800 USD Gross (depending on Experiences & Skills).
- Must posses a Chief Accountant Certificate, and a bachelor degree in accounting / finance / economics.
