Mô tả công việc
Ensure compliance of accounting & taxation, improve internal control systems and reporting processes and activities in order to provide timely and accurate financial information to support top management in decision making and preventing frauds and errors.
* Manage day to day operation of accounting, taxation and controlling function (include manage fixed assets, warehouse, accounts payable and receivable)
- Checking the accuracy of sperate & group financial statements and other financial, tax & statistical reports
- Provide guidance and instruction to update any change in accounting standard and local tax regulation into the ERP (SAP system) and process to ensure the compliance of accounting & tax
- Making decision to solve issues raised from day to day activities
- Checking, maintain the compliance of company policies and internal control system.
- Liaise with external auditor to complete the statutory audit
- Liaise with tax authority to complete the tax finalization
* Budget, forecasting and manage major Financial Projects and other tasks, as defined by Management
- Monitoring the planning cycle, allocate resource and follow up
- Provide guidance and instruction in planning any operation and collecting information from relevant functions
- Taking the role of project manager or project team member to implement the project.
- Support CFO in business plan, define the department KPI, control budget of the department.
* Manage and Training of Departmental staffs
- Develop successor for all key positions
- Develop training master plan for all position
- Coaching and development of staff – on the job

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Recognized university degree
- 8 years working experience with 3-5 years in Big 4 audit firm
- 3-5 years in commercial & currently holding the position of Chief Accountant/ Finance Manager / Accounting Manager / Tax Manager.
- SAP / ERP system experience – advantageous
- Bi-language
