Financial Controller

Finance and Accounting
• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of the finance & accounting department (daily operations, periodic cash flow forecast, sales reports, on time month-end and year-end closing and reporting, reporting package: BS/PL/CF…)
• Ensure that all transactions and financial statements are appropriately accounted for and presented in compliance with Vietnam’s government laws and the company’s policies
• Review and analyses the Financial Reporting frequently to ensure the effective operations of all Retails Stores and tally to the approved budget
• Work with respective Brand Managers to prepare yearly budget, business plan and present to BOD
• Periodic reconciliation to ensure sub-accounts are matched to the General Ledgers and make sure all details are aware and follow up
• Liaise with audit, banks in regards to other finance & accounting matters
• Training and supervise staff to ensure the compliance of company procedures/policies related to credit control, debt collection to achieve company’s goals
• Work with other related Managers and Departments to create the new procedures / policies to support the business effectively
• Provide the Board of Directors with meaningful and timely information on the status of finance & accounting
• Deal with government Depts. on Tax finalization, Promotion Registration issues
• Develop and maintain finance and accounting procedures with strong internal controls
• Develop and train staff
HR& Admin Tasks (overview)
• C&B: Payroll, PIT reporting, reconcile SHI payment out with payroll number
• Business License, Work Permit
Legal part:
• Review contracts from Principals, vendors and customers
• Follow up the company licencing process
• In charge for any legal issue

• University Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• Over 5 years of relevant experience and with last role at management level
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Good communications, computer knowledge, organizational skills, negotiation skills, problem solving ability, analytical, good planning
• Ability to work independently and in group
• Creative and strategic knowledge
• Displays strong team working behavior and supportive to colleagues
• Flexible attitude to work, both proactive and reactive
