Mission Statement:
• In charge of controlling and Business Partnering activities of Vietnam and Cambodia Vaccines Business Units.
• Be a key Business partner of the Vaccines BU, contributing to strategy and operational execution by providing accurate information and advices supporting the decision making process, ensuring compliance with Group controlling guidelines and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnering:
• Participate in Vaccine BU local governance instances (Operations Committee, Demand and Supply meeting, Management Committee..) and provide financial insight to the local management.
• Collaborate closely with Operation teams to drive results while ensuring alignment with latest budgets and forecasts
• Challenge business assumptions and ensures that forecasts are realistic from a finance point of view
• Prepare and take part in business reviews with BU head and Operation teams.
• Provide financial expertise and analysis supporting decision making process for Management and Operation teams (Pricing, resource allocation, distribution-related decisions…)
2. Financial Planning & Analysis and Performance Monitoring
• Manage and monitor BU financial performance providing to management with monthly KPIs and meaningful analysis and comments to ensure correct understanding of the performance (Topline, Opex, Distribution and Period costs, Headcount, ..)
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities against budget / last forecast and define actions and mitigation plans to meet or improve financial results
• Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial indicators during monthly closing cycle including strong coordination with country Accounting and FP&A and Regional Finance Team
• Lead Financial Planning exercise and present to Region financial Forecasts / Budget/ Quarter Landing/Strat Plan and ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial indicators
3. Internal Control & Governance
• Liaise with Internal Control team and all relevant operational teams to ensure continuous improvement of internal control and processes within the Business Unit
• Strengthen Demand-to-Cash controls and processes within the newly implemented Business model, working in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Country Finance teams and Distributors.
• Manage 3rd party contract (financial aspects + coordination of administrative process) and relationship with distributors
• Manages the financial systems, including system implementations, process improvements & data integrity
• Manage and develop team of 1 person.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Qualifications
1. Experience:
- Mandatory: At least 7 years of professional experience in the Finance / Controlling field
- Beneficial: Professional experience in multinational company/experience in a company with manufacturing activity / knowledge of the Pharma/FMCG sector.
2. Knowledge:
- English: Fluency in oral & written communication
- Strong working knowledge in SAP, the Pack Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Financial reporting systems (HFM/ESSBASE/TM1).
3. Behavioural Competencies
- High level of energy & drive, result-oriented with strong business acumen
- Agility, creativity and integrity will be key in a fast-growing, fast-changing and highly regulated business environment
- Ability to challenge the business, to bring new perspectives and to propose options to meet business needs
- Strong leadership skills and change management capabilities.
