Financial Analyst

The Savills Valuation Team is looking for Financial Analyst who is expected to provide leadership thought, data-driven analytics and to help the continued growth of our valuation service line. This would likely include strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting as well as leading special projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing valuation advice to clients
• Liaising with other departments who may input into the valuation
• Generating new business for the department
• Generating new business for all Savills service lines
• Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Become a single point of contact for clients.
• Develop and maintain active communication both within your team and other teams
• Analyse legal issues pertaining to the property market and Savills report.
• Providing an efficient and cost effective valuation service to meet the requirements of the company growth strategy.
• Implementing expense forecasts and monitoring budget performance for the valuation department.
• Provide independent professional advice to the company’s clients on real estate matters including asset management, sales, leasing and marketing

Technical requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economic/ Banking/ Accounting
• At least 2 years working in related field.
• Proficient in English and other languages (preferable)
• Good experience in data collection and database management

• Confident, dynamic and enthusiastic personality
• Thoroughness and attention to detail – perform tasks to the necessary standards of accuracy and quality
