Financial Analyst

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role egm AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.

• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.

• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.

• Perform project cost forecats/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.

• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ.

• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.

• Issue project cost report for review and apporoval.

• Develop and maintain internal control and efffective accounting system and policies for the set up.

• Coorperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing

• Supervision the day to day operation of the accounting.

• At least 2 years of experience as a similar.

• University of accountant, finance,Economics or related field

• Expertise in Financial Analysis

• Proficiency in Excel

• Strong communication skills

• Strong project management skills: managing deadlines, creating plans and evaluating results, communicating at-risk tasks

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive.

• Have an accountant certificate

• Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing).
