Mô tả công việc
- To provide periodical reports for management reporting.
- Set-up the budget and KPIs for department.
- Support related departments to provide financial information for decision making
- Profit analyze of partner department.
- Support head of department to define and arrange production capacity.
- Oversee and monitor costing to ensure that accounting and cost accounting compliance.
- Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing those solutions.
- Support to create, monitor and follow up all processes are implemented correctly in the partner department.
- Review and make suggestion to improve financial policies, control systems and processes
- Other controlling tasks (utilization reports, …)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Auditing/Accounting or similar
- At least 1-2 year working experience in manufacturing accounting/analysis.
- Experience in Auditing (special worked in Big 4) is a plus
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Preferable age between 24 – 30
- English proficiency (German knowledge is an advantage)
