SECTION 1: MAIN FUNCTIONS
1. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
- Arrange auditing financial report
- Conduct physical counts of assets, Inventory, Cash count
- Make sure statutory tax report to comply with statutory regulations
- Manage the cash flow of the company
- Monitor the payment process
- Oversee the accounting & financial function of the Head office and other Centers to ensure compliance to the local statutory regulations and internal policy as well
- Perform any ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by BOD
- Preparation for external interim, final audit
- Work with auditors
- Review the documents for CIT finalization report
2. GENERAL ACCOUNTING
- Monitoring accrued expenses
- Monitoring adjust entries
- Monitoring depreciate Fixed Asset, allocate prepaid expenses
- Monitoring reconcile accounting data
- Monitoring record revenues
3. PAYMENT [DISBURSEMENT]
- Cash/ Bank Transfer/ Credit Card
- Verifying settle purchase/ expenses payment
- Verifying settle salary payment for local and expat
- Verifying settle advance/ purchase/ expenses from credit card
4. REPORTING
- Verifying daily cash report
- Verifying monthly, yearly financial statement, VAT reports
- Verifying quarterly, yearly CIT reports
- Verifying statistics reports
SECTION 2: GENERAL MANAGEMENT
1. OPERATIONS
- Implement org. chart, department map, and job descriptions
- Develop, maintain, control, and improve working processes
- Follow company planning and reporting system
2. ACCOUNTS
- Propose, get approval, and control budget
3. ADMINISTRATION
- Support in facility management
- Support in security and safety management
- Support in legal compliance
- Support in supply management
4. HUMAN RESOURCES
- Maintain rewarding, motivation and discipline
- Propose and support recruitment and selection
- Propose and support in training and development
- Maintain performance management
- Propose compensation and benefits for staff
5. MARKETING
- Support to improve brand image / brand equity
- Support business development activities
- Management Information Systems
- Propose and apply business application & IT support
- Propose improvement for business application & IT support
6. OTHERS
- Follow company policies / regulations / procedures / quality standards

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- BA degree of Finance & Accounting or Economic University major in Accounting/Financial field (University in Ho Chi Minh City is preferable)
- At least 05 years experience in accounting field
- Understand accounting policy (VAS, IAS)
- Working under high pressure
- Experience with ERP;
- Good in leadership, management, time management, staff
motivation, problem solving and capability building;
- Has collaborative and teambuilding spirit.
- “CAN DO” attitude;
